  • $1.00 per person is charged for BYO cake to maximum of
    $25.00
  • Gratzi is fully licensed - (No BYO drinks on set menus or
    Finger food menus).
  • A minimum room hire charge of $200.00 will apply depending
    on final menu selections and number of          guests
  • Numbers of guests must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior,
    guests who are confirmed, but do not turn up will be charged
    for at full menu price.
  • Entertainment vouchers and other discount  cards not
    accepted for set or finger food menus as these are already
    heavily discounted.
  • Menu changes may happen from time to time due to
    unavailability of produce, and any substitutes will be of a
    similar high quality
  • room hire must be paid with in seven (7) days of booking
    function
